Will and I met about five years ago on Clubhouse, the audio social network that went viral during the pandemic. I was working on the app. Will was one of our most prolific users, one of the most creative people I met through the platform. When I met Will, I realized pretty much immediately, oh, this guy is this guy—when he puts his mind to something, he will put more energy toward achieving that than anyone else. It doesn’t matter if he starts at zero, what he gets done in a year, how much energy and time he puts into getting good at something. You can only guarantee that he will have something figured out a year from now that you haven’t, because of how passionate he is. And I saw that with Clubhouse.

I saw that with, like, him learning music—didn’t know music, then became very good at producing music within a year. When language models came out, you know, he was using Google and whatnot. But a couple years ago, I basically added him to my Replit Teams plan. I have a family plan—I call it my family plan. It’s just a bunch of friends that I put on Replit. Because I’m like, guys, guys, vibe code. Just make something. Just make something. And I put Will on it. And I was like, I’m just excited to see what you’ll make. You know, you’re a creative guy and not an engineer by trade. So it’s sort of an experiment for me.

PARTH:

It’s like, what happens when you just put someone that has an idea, or, like, a bunch of ideas, and you pair them with some of the most interesting, powerful new technologies available. You know, what can you create? And I’d say since then, it’s been quite a journey. So knowing I picked Will even before this program, I was like, oh, I can’t wait to see what he does with these new tools. Now I feel like Will teaches me more than I teach him almost every single day with these tools.

REID:

Welcome, Will. Excited to have you on, man.

WILL:

Thanks. That was a great intro, Parth. I love that. Yeah, I’m excited to be here.

PARTH:

Okay, so just a few years ago, Will, you hadn’t written a single line of code, and I guess, how did you fall into vibe coding? Making software, making apps? Like, what’s your road into this world?

WILL:

Well, like you said, I use ChatGPT for everything, but not in the way I use it now. Like, I would ask a generic question like, you know, “Hey, I have this essay that I need to write, and you’re gonna write it for me.” And that’s how I was using it to start off. And then, obviously, had met Parth through Clubhouse, and Parth came to me and was like, “You’re using this all wrong.” And I was like, dude, no. And it turned into, hey, think about your pain points from workflows and then just build the answer. I was like, what do you mean, build the answer? And it turned into, like, learning Codex, not how to code. I still don’t know how to code to this day.

WILL:

I don’t know anything that it’s doing, but I think that also serves as an advantage. I learned how to prompt better, and now it’s turned into how to create automations and how to build workflows and then how to enlist agents to do my everyday tasks that I don’t really want to do. And it’s a superpower at the end of the day.

REID:

So how does the kind of being able to bring a beginner’s mind—like the coding thing you were talking about and things like the ability to kind of start fresh—and where does that then build into important expertise?

WILL:

I think the best analogy I can make is when I was starting to learn how to produce, I would just put a bunch of things in the DAW and it would mesh together to make a sound, whether it was good or bad. And then you start learning the technical details of, okay, I need to EQ, and this curve needs to be here, and now my dBs need to be at this level. So the mix sounds a certain way, and it clouds your creativity and judgment in a way where now you’re getting no progress done because you’re fixated on certain details. And I think for me, when it comes to coding, I don’t know the back end. Like, I don’t know what a lot of this means.

WILL:

I don’t know how to pronounce half of the things that I’m reading on the Codex screen. Parth constantly corrects me. But actually, he stopped correcting me.

PARTH:

I stopped correcting Will because I think it’s funnier if he gets five years into his career as a vibe coder and still doesn’t know how to pronounce, like, “repo.” He calls repo something else.

WILL:

Rep-light. Rep-light. All of that to say, I think that not having any expertise in the industry allows me to be more creative. And I think the creativity plays into new learnings and a willingness to try new things that others might be hesitant to because they know the potential damages that I don’t. And frankly, there’s a bit of an internal perception where I don’t really care either. Like, I’m willing to take the risk to get the reward.

PARTH:

Kind of along those lines of Will’s willingness to experiment—if I think about, like, this year, especially since February. February was when OpenClaw kind of went viral. It came out in November, but it went viral in February. And I was kind of hesitant installing it. I was telling Reid we had our own remote agents. And I was like, we got agents that are not insane, that are working pretty well. I’m not sure I want to bring OpenClaw into this yet until I figure out a way to contain it in its own little Mac mini. And so I installed OpenClaw on, I think, February 15, 2026. And at the same time, Will was deep in Codex.

PARTH:

And then I told Will about OpenClaw, and him being more experimental, having maybe less existing stuff that he was worried about losing—he installed OpenClaw immediately and started studying this new paradigm, this new kind of remote agent paradigm, more, and I think deeper than anyone I know, even technically, right? So I’m, like, now relying on Will to help me unpack this new paradigm of the remote agent that works 24/7, that can use its own computer. And then, six weeks later, Will introduced me to an even better agent, in my opinion, the Hermes agent. So Will, maybe speak more to that.

PARTH:

Like, your exposure of—like, you went from coding agents, vibe coding, to this—like, now you have these remote agents, the Hermes, the OpenClaw type systems, which are now becoming more mainstream in industry as the rest of the year starts playing out and these systems get more productized. But they’re very hacker projects. What’s your experience been with these?

WILL:

Right. I mean, I got into OpenClaw originally because, you know, Parth, you recommended it. And originally Parth also recommended installing OpenClaw on a VPS because I could potentially lose everything on my computer. And I did that, but then I realized I don’t know how to work a VPS. So then I was just like, you know what? Whatever’s on the computer can be replaced. So we installed it in Terminal. And I was fascinated by, you know, how you could program the language to speak a certain way to match your work style. But I thought that OpenClaw lacked a certain amount of visibility that I think Hermes gives you. So then we were browsing X one day and came across Hermes as a recommendation. And obviously there’s just a fascination with installing and trying.

WILL:

So installed Hermes, and found it to answer a lot of the questions that were left unanswered by OpenClaw, such as, hey, I have visibility into exactly what this agent is doing. Not that I know what it means, but I have visibility into the agent, why it’s creating a skill, how it’s improving on previous skills based on my prompting, all autonomously. And I think what these agents offer that maybe Codex doesn’t is, A, a user’s POV as to what features could enhance agents in the first place. I think, obviously, once OpenClaw came out, Codex started to implement a lot of the features that they had created on the platform. And it feels ahead from a feature basis than, you know, some of the premier model platforms. B, working style.

WILL:

I think the working style, you can obviously program it to be however you want, from a personalization standpoint. And I think that’s another value add to a user. And then C, and one of the most important aspects, is the memory context and being able to, you know, tell it virtually anything and being able to save that in stored memory to then act upon it at a later point—which I think some of the frontier platforms are getting better at, but at this point, there’s so much memory logged into my Hermes agent in the last three months that it’s too valuable to give up. Even though it’s just files, I don’t want to transfer it.

REID:

So one of the things that’s very cool, because I now understand where Hermes came from and entered into our ecosystem. Sorry, no, it’s kind of like, how did you kind of discover—you start with OpenClaw, then jump to Hermes. Why Hermes? And then from there, what are the other things that you’re seeing that are part of some of the, you know, call it the agentic framework of, you know, the near future?

WILL:

I’m on social chronically, in the best and worst ways. And I think, especially in the world of AI, in the age of AI, social is a great place to find user recommendations as to what are the pain points, what needs to be solved, and what are the solutions. And I just love to test anything I possibly can. So that’s how we came across Hermes—test it, and then it was the answer for us. A lot of the things we test are not the answer, but Hermes was. In terms of what I see the future being, I think a lot of these different agents can serve different purposes. And right now I run one agent because I think it’s easier for me from an understanding standpoint.

WILL:

But we’re starting to get into the realm where—and Parth, you know this because you have eight Mac minis—but we’re getting into the realm of creating different agents for different, you know, parts of your life or business. So my agent’s obviously very good at social media because that’s what I specialize in. So it knows a lot of the retention strategies or, you know, content creation strategies from a GPT Image 2 and Seedance 2.0 standpoint. But I was introduced to GraphRAG, and it’s basically the democratization of information that you can use to prompt, and these agents can prompt for you.

WILL:

So I think it’s starting to build different agents in different spaces with GraphRAGs that run these autonomous loops to complete the tasks that I might not be so knowledgeable in, but they can do it a hundred times better than I can.

PARTH:

Right. So this is the idea of getting an agent to construct a knowledge graph on a domain before you begin working in that domain. Right, right. Very powerful new technique, especially when we have these, like, Hermes agent every five hours going, oh, by the way, I learned this new thing, and I’ve saved—learned this new thing—oh, let me update my skill. There is something about the speed at which it constantly improves, tries to improve itself, which is something that I haven’t seen. It feels like for the frontier models, the agents we’re talking to kind of stay at the same level, and then when they get a model improvement, then they improve. But skills and memory are a huge way to improve before the model even improves itself.

PARTH:

It’s just writing down the important information about the tasks that the user wants. So I think the Hermes ecosystem of rewriting your abilities constantly on the fly as the user’s needs change and evolve is very interesting. Will, tell us about a project. So you’re used to running a lot of these types of autonomous systems, maybe a little bit more liberally than me, but I always learn a lot every time you figure something out or, you know, run yourself over. Can you tell me about a project where you gave an agent autonomy and it paid off?

WILL:

My favorite project ever built is this autonomous social agent. So it’ll pull videos, create videos, it’ll edit the videos, it’ll add copy and text overlays all based on the parameters I give it. It’ll then, you know, post to a content calendar and post to social media autonomously, and then it has API access to read analytics and improve upon that. So while I was trying to improve upon my agent, I prompted it wrong, I guess. And this is for the company account, right? Like, this is for work at a company that I work for. And it posted, like, four times at 4 a.m., and I was, like, dead asleep.

WILL:

But I wake up in the morning, and, like, thank God this is on brand, because if it wasn’t, like, I wouldn’t be going into work the next day. But, like, it posted four times, or however many times it was—like, by the way, not, like, spaced out hour to hour. It was, like, back to back to back to back in, like, a four-minute period. And then I realized, like, my biggest takeaway was just, I need to learn a little bit about setting the parameters in my initial loop prompts, because then it’ll understand the context of what it should and shouldn’t do, and maybe I should give it more structure.

REID:

Well, say a little also about—because obviously we’re anticipating this wave of agentic participation in social media. I mean, it’s already there, but it actually hasn’t really picked up to the full tsunami that is very soon. Like, what are some of the positive lessons? What are some of the negative lessons? What do you anticipate happening within kind of the social sphere given, you know, AI autonomous social systems and everything else becoming more and more present?

WILL:

I think, in part—we were talking about this last night—there’s, I think, a skepticism around AI content right now, which limits the number of templates that you can post on social without a certain amount of feedback. For instance, I’m a lot safer posting an animated video of a dog than I am AI-generating a dog. But that said, like, at the root and core of social—and Reid, you probably know this better than anybody, for that matter—I think it comes down to an aspect of human psychology of why does somebody watch a video, why does somebody skip the video, why does somebody share a piece of content?

WILL:

And I think that AI makes this a lot easier to understand for the social media manager, or the 22-year-old that just graduated college and wants to be an influencer. It allows you to, A, figure out what works from a content perspective based on true performance data. And then you can even create a GraphRAG now for, you know, human psychology, for it to give you very structured recommendations based on the content that you put out. And I mean, for me, I’m just running a fully autonomous social workflow from, you know, the whole funnel of social and ultimately talk about that.

PARTH:

Talk about the entire feedback loop.

REID:

Yeah, exactly.

WILL:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s do it. So basically we have a licensed content library, because obviously at the moment, like, we’re limited to a number of content templates that we can use across social. So it has a list of parameters of what it can and can’t pull. For instance, if we’re going to edit content and add text overlays to tie back to our company, I don’t want text overlays on the video already. I want a certain duration of video. I want a certain, like, look and feel of the video as well that I know performs better in the industry that I’m in. So based on all these parameters, it’ll filter through this licensed content library that has, like, thousands and thousands of videos and images.

WILL:

It’ll create selects and reject others using dedupe logic, so it won’t ever see the same video twice for efficiency. And then it has a copywriting skill. So this is basically a workflow with a ton of skills that come together to create one very improved loop. So then it’ll analyze the video again that it just chose, and it’ll say, all right, you know, this dog is doing, you know, this thing in this location, and it’ll come up with a text overlay based on the guidance I gave it of what works from, like, a text overlay perspective—feeding it hundreds of our top-performing videos and hundreds of videos from other companies. And then the caption will always tie back to our company in, like, a very, like, a nod—like, it’s not in your face as an ad.

WILL:

From here, it’ll then schedule it on this great platform called Ordinal, which is basically an autonomous content calendar with an API. The API is the game changer, because now I can schedule and it’ll post on its own.

PARTH:

And this is to every single social platform at the same time.

WILL:

Right, right. That’s, like, the power of Ordinal. I can connect it to LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and I can cross-post at the same time. And then from here, I’m connected into the back end through an API key with Instagram, Meta, I guess. So I can now read the performance data, which I learned goes very in-depth in the API key. Like, you can see average watch time, you can see skip rate, which in my opinion are the two most valuable assets for distribution. And then based on that feedback and, you know, the content it generated or selected, it’ll create, like, an auto-revision loop. So it’s constantly A/B testing new formats to see what works to hit a specific goal I gave it.

PARTH:

Yeah. And so this is, like, a longer-running goal, like, a more autonomous system. What agents are you using to orchestrate this kind of thing?

WILL:

Well, this is running on Claude, because basically this started as me saying, I don’t want to scroll this licensed content library because it’s time-consuming, so I want the agent to do it. And I was like, well, I don’t really want to edit either. I want the agent to do it. I was like, well, copywriting takes a lot of time, I want the agent to do it. Scheduling stuff on the calendar is pretty time-consuming as well. And then it just turned into this workflow of all these different skills built together—which I suppose I could feed to a Hermes agent, and it would do the same thing if I gave it the files. But I think this—

PARTH:

So the workflow is encoded in skills, and skills are essentially portable across agents anyways.

WILL:

Right?

PARTH:

Yeah. Yeah.

REID:

Wow.

WILL:

You put this anywhere.

REID:

So what’s been, like, you know—one of the things that is very cool about everything, not just discovery, Hermes and the other, like, you know, not just pioneer, but, like, you know, bleeding-edge forward scout. You had the 4 a.m. rogue posting story, but what’s been some of the, like, huh, I thought that would work, it doesn’t yet. Or, huh, that was really weird. Or unexpected delight. Like, what’s some of the things from the scouting?

WILL:

This is a wild project, and I don’t know why I did it, but I set out to put a Hermes agent on my television. And this was, like, three days ago. And my idea was, hey, I don’t want to spend the money on a Mac mini. But if my television can connect to Wi-Fi and it can do all of the things that my computer can do to an extent, like, why can’t I just run an agent on it? And then, yeah, I called Parth at, like, 3 a.m.—it’s like, dude, what do you—what do you think about this? He’s like, “I’ll believe it when I see it.”

PARTH:

I was like, I was like, I was like, I don’t know anyone that’s put an agent in their TV. And then I’m like, why would you put your agent in the TV? Can’t you just control the TV with your agent? I’m like, there’s open questions. And he’s like, not interested in that. He’s like, I’m just gonna put the agent on and let you know when it works.

WILL:

Which, by the way, it worked. Very, very surprise-and-delight.

And I think I get a message at 5 a.m. He’s like, “It worked.” Holy—

WILL:

But I think the bigger learning for me was, like, if I can do that, then there’s no reason we can’t put AI in basically anything that could connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, which is incredibly interesting from a hardware perspective. Because I think, like, as we shift to AI and everything becomes more about trust, like, being able to have, like, something handheld is going to become, like, a very valuable asset.

REID:

And.

PARTH:

Yeah, do you think that we’ll end up in a world where more and more of our appliances all have some sort of agent inside them?

WILL:

I mean, I think we’re already seeing that now.

REID:

Like, well, certainly our podcasts, but yes.

WILL:

Is there an agent in here? I mean, I’m sure there’s an agent in here. It’s probably, like, Granola-ing on the back end.

REID:

Yes, exactly.

PARTH:

That’s an interesting point. It goes back to a theme that Reid and I have been talking about. It was, like, agents listening in on an episode or something. Imagine—I have friends that have been, like, they’ll be on a sales call, and then the agent’s vibe coding the feature that they’re talking about while they’re selling the feature. I’m talking about really collapsing the gap between selling an idea and actually making it. There’s some interesting new paradigms that are coming online, for sure.

REID:

Yeah.

WILL:

Hey, well, you figured out how to allow multiple people to speak to your agent at one time to give it more POVs to make it even smarter, which is a really interesting concept.

PARTH:

Yes. Actually, putting these, like, these OpenClaw, Hermes-type systems in a group chat or in a Slack channel actually allows multiple people to—it evolves alongside, like, the whole team of everyone that’s talking to it. And that’s been a—I think that’s going to be a huge learning for a lot of people now as Claude is now going to be more of an agent inside of Slack. So enterprises are going to get this agent that’s just evolving with the enterprise. Kind of like how Hermes evolves with us, but, like, at enterprise scale. That’s about to come online this year.

REID:

So what do you think—one of the things that is, like, you know, related and deep to the social media and AI, but also something that’s kind of useful for, you know, us older fogies, you know, or, as I’ve been taught in the language of contemporary youth, unks—you know, what’s the thing that, you know, kind of the young social strategists understand about culture that, you know, the older marketing teams, the older folks, the other things still miss and is really important to glean from?

WILL:

I think we all grow up in different generations that have different forms of marketing or sharing messages, and I think, you know, older teams probably—I mean, I wasn’t around, but I would assume grew up in an era of, like, print and out-of-home, where, you know, from my youth I grew up in an era of short-form video content, and we live in an attention economy. And I think a lot of senior marketers might, you know, miss out on, you know, the point of being broad across social. I think a lot of marketers want to zone in on a specific key messaging point or niche, but then it feels like you’re only talking to your audience, which is capped from a distribution standpoint at some point.

WILL:

So I think going broad and finding creative ways in your hooks allows you to reach a new audience, and the audience you want to speak to is built in in that new audience, and it leads to halo effects. Right? I would much rather get a million views on a video and generate 20,000 profile views and have a million followers than my ceiling is 10,000 views on a post, and, you know, that’s just the extent of it. But just, like, you know, millennials might think differently about Gen Z. Like, I don’t know what Gen Alpha is doing. Like, do I want to know what Gen Alpha is doing? I don’t know. That’s a different question and conversation. But they’re gonna have inherently different content styles than Gen Z will.

WILL:

Well, you know, millennials will, than boomers will. I think it’s just built into the culture of how we grow up.

PARTH:

Do you have any, like, kind of frameworks for thinking about why people enjoy content, why people watch something, why people turn off from it?

WILL:

Why do people watch content? It comes down to human psychology, right? Like, why would I want to share this video? Like, A, maybe it’s, like, a sense of identity, right? Like, this is me and I’m gonna share that on my story because I resonate with this. Or maybe it’s a sense of connection, like, hey, Parth, this video reminded me of you, so I’m gonna send it to you. Or maybe it’s an idea of status. Like, this is what I know, and I’m going to show what I know because that puts me on a pedestal. Maybe it’s emotion. Like, this video made me laugh or cry.

WILL:

And I think it’s important to think about all of these things while coming up with content ideas, and also framing content ideas from the perspective of the viewer. I think a lot of people think, what’s our goal with this piece of content? But that’s not how the viewer watches your content. Right? So I like to think about content. What’s the first three seconds gonna be? Cool, that’s interesting. What’s the next three seconds gonna be? Cool, that’s interesting. What’s the payoff at the end gonna be, so somebody watches the full nine seconds a second time? And I think, like, understanding the ideas of human psychology and how people consume content helps you to create better content.

REID:

Well, and one thing for the old and the young is seconds, not minutes.

WILL:

Yeah.

REID:

I don’t know. I remember growing up there were, like, three-hour movies, and now it’s like an hour and 47 is tough to get through.

PARTH:

Wow.

WILL:

For me. Maybe, I don’t know.

PARTH:

You feel—you feel that the attention spans have definitely—like, do you consume any long form? What kind of long form do you consume?

WILL:

I think the longest content I’ll consume is, like, maybe, like, a television episode if I’m watching a series or something. But I think even, like, with myself, like, my attention span has shrunk over the years for sure. I think it’ll continue to shrink, as will everybody societally.

REID:

Well, the only joke response to that is, sorry, what did you just say? But, yeah, anyway, I don’t even remember exactly. That was so five seconds ago.

PARTH:

Awesome. Well, it’s been so much fun talking to you. I hear that you have a question for maybe me and Reid you would like to bring to the table?

WILL:

I do. Being newly into corporate culture, I think a lot of how the youth are getting jobs nowadays has to do with the resume. Like, where did you go to college? What’s your work experience? And I think that we’re entering this AI era of, how well can you use the tools around you to accomplish a certain task, whether that’s in work or in general. And I think it’s an interesting question because Reid, you built LinkedIn, which is a professional networking platform. And if this value inherently shifts to a capability to use tools like AI—and I’m 22 and don’t have work experience, but I know how to utilize my AI agents to create incredible efficiency—what does the new system of measurement look like for corporations if the resume becomes obsolete?

REID:

And it’s not just because of LinkedIn. I don’t think the resume will become obsolete, but I think—as it were to think of it as a resume as a platform—what the modularity and what the components of it may change a lot. And obviously, you know, the current resume tends to be a lot of, you know, kind of self-assertions of title and company and some other things which are sometimes either, you know, kind of added in with endorsement or a reference checked.

REID:

But you could easily imagine, like, an almost-certain future where you have some AIs that are trusted as kind of certification agents that are in your workflow or work loop with you, that say, oh, look, you know, Parth’s really good at this, and Will’s really good at this, and kind of adding in a set of things that were like, hey, I was there in the workflow validating that it is actually Will, and here’s some things that I think are, you know, particularly capable or good skills or other kinds of things. It’s almost like thinking about, like, you know, thinking of, like, AI agents, you know, checking GitHub repositories, but also the check-ins, not just the repo itself, but the flow of it and everything else and being part of it.

REID:

I think that’s, like, one thing in this vehicle that I think we will see more of. I think it’ll also be kind of a little bit more—and this is kind of still in the LinkedIn context—but what do other human beings say? Because the question is, we ultimately, you know, trust. Like, for example, you know, you and I both trust Parth. And so when Parth says, hey, I’ve done this or experienced this, we go, okay, that’s interesting. Or, oh, I think, you know, he trusts you, and, like, you go Hermes. And he goes, ah, okay, drop OpenClaw, start Hermes. Right? As a direction.

REID:

I think all of that will be added into the kind of the identity, which will get much more dynamic, much more interactive for how we assess and come together and collaborate professionally.

WILL:

I have no follow-up. I mean, I feel like that answered my question. But, Parth, it’d be interesting to hear your POV too. And I think, shifting it a little bit, you hear about, you know, how it’s a very difficult job market right now. Right? And I mean, my gut is, like, hey, you just create an agent to just mass-apply to jobs that fit a criteria for you. But what would you focus on if you’re a college student, if you want to have real leverage, you know, in a, in a quote-unquote tough job environment?

REID:

Parth, before you go, because I want to actually slightly mod this, but then I want to hear your thing and then we probably have to wrap. But roughly speaking, I think the huge opportunity for college students is: we are AI-native. We actually have been using it through our studies and all the rest. And we have this understanding far beyond most of the people who are outside, who are already in the workflow. There’s only, you know, small numbers of people—you, Parth, others—who are really diving into this. So it’s like, I have a chance to really add AI to your organization, to catalyze it. That should be the pitch. It’s less of a volume and more of a—use it to get that edge. Right?

REID:

Use it—like, as opposed to just write a cover letter for me—it’s to do something that’s kind of, like, AI-specific for that particular opportunity, that particular organization, and demonstrate your abilities. That’s where I’d start. But anyway, I just wanted to make sure, because I think it’s really important for youth, which thinks its economic opportunities this year are limited by AI, which is not—it’s actually limited by overhiring in the pandemic, tariff wars, which are causing business uncertainty, and a bunch of other things. The AI impact is actually tertiary to those. But it’s an opportunity, right? So anyway. But Parth, you should answer, and we should, you know, we should wrap this time until next, right?

PARTH:

Yeah, no, I echo that 100%. I think what I might add is—I mean, look, look at Will. Like, Will is the social native, right? He understood, he grew up and existed in the vertical video short form. When Will sits me down for 15 minutes to go through my content and why people like or dislike my content and what I’m doing right and wrong, he sees it in a very native way. Like, he understands, like, he’s thinking about the caption, he’s thinking about the framing. He’s like, oh, you have this text but it’s being clipped by the overlay of Instagram. Like, your positioning is—your composition is off. Or, like, this is why people don’t really want to stick around after 15 seconds.

PARTH:

And that lens that he brings comes from him being, you know, obviously natively social media. I think the same thing is true for working with—there’s no textbook right now for working with AI. There’s no class that you can take that’ll make you certified yet. Because the tools came out three months ago. We’re only three months into the Hermes paradigm, and pretty soon that’ll be in corporations. But we’ll have this three-month advantage of working with these systems, orchestrating them across a range of tasks. So I think it’s, like, being able to, like—for us, being early to build experience, knowing that the title doesn’t really exist yet. The working world is still trying to, like, grapple with these concepts.

PARTH:

Us just demonstrating and talking about what we’re seeing is actually the biggest thing, because then people will—instead of you applying, you’re signaling to your whole network, hey, guys, I’ve figured this out. You want to work with me, you know where to find me. And I think that’s a better approach than, like, the blind apply to 800 companies because you have an agent that can do it, which is naive. It’s actually much better to establish who you are and put that out there as your personal brand. As you’re teaching me, get better at content, establish that, and then the right people will kind of gravitate toward you in that way. So.

REID:
